In 2008 Maureen “Mo” Cooper was disappointed that her fourth and last child didn’t weigh sixty pounds. (She just felt like she did!) At age thirty-nine, Mo knew that enough was enough! Never having exercised in her life, living with Multiple Sclerosis, and being a full-time mom had taken a toll - living” had been replaced with “surviving.” Tired of dragging through each day, she started making changes, little by little, one habit at a time. Groggy mornings were replaced with exercise. Packaged foods were replaced with fresh. Losing weight and feeling great became her passion. Group coaching led to running a successful bootcamp for three years, with certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching. Mo has spent the last thirteen years learning and living her message of health, coaching clients to success, helping them lose weight physically, mentally, and emotionally with small, doable strategies.
